Loki urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

We are escaping a violent situation and need a safe place for our dogs till we secure a lease. We fear they will be hurt if we have to run without them

How long is fostering needed for?

A few months

Other notes

Loki is a service dog prospect specifically chosen for his owner for his size and temperament. He is a very loving boy who is attached to his disabled handler. Often times going out in public. Loki has dyed fur due to his status as a service dog in training. As it protects him from theft and getting stepped on in public. He is a quiet dog for the most part, save for the first minute left alone in a kennel or during play, where he will howl in triumph. He loves playing with other dogs and is learning his doggy manners. He’s best friends with a barn cat but doesn’t understand that not all cats love him the same. He has already been aiding his handler in detecting seizures and is learning how to appropriatly respond to them. He is easily wore out and often wears himself out with a single toy. Loki is my best friend and a literal life saver for me. Even at his young age. I wouldn’t trade him for the world. He’s the sweetest boy and so well mannered. He stays by my side at all times. He’s perfect.

Service dog prospect, balamced energy level, basic obedience with specific commands, crate trained, nearly house trained, groomed regularly and great for bathing and nail trims, great with cats tho pushy, leash appropriate, well socialized.
