Leon urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My elderly parents are both currently hospitalized, and unable to care for their dog. I am looking for a temporary foster home for their dog for a short-term time period, until they can move into an assisted living facility that allows pets.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few weeks

He is a good dog, he does bark often and doesn’t get along super well with other dogs, but he has not attacked another dog or a person. He is not fully house trained- my elderly parents have limited mobility and have used puppy pads inside the house, so Leon does not go on walks regularly – but I am sure he would like that. He would need grooming and his shots updated, and I am more than willing to cover all of that before he would be placed in a foster home.
