Laveau urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

i’m in the process of a breakup, and cannot have my dogs with me and my ex doesn’t want them at his house. i need a temporary foster until i can get my own place. both dogs MUST go together and they MUST be only dogs. they should be fine with cats, but they do not get along with any other dogs except each other. i can provide food, cover vet expenses, etc. anything needed during this time and id like to have visitation as well.

laveau is aggressive towards other dogs, except for her brother Draco. shes a retired service dog and very well mannered. she is food protective, and does bark when she hears knocks, doors shut, or sees other people. she’s become protective over me and my ex, so anybody that comes over she snarls and is stand offish. but she’s NEVER bitten. she does NOT like her nails trimmed, she will try to bite you (i knicked her one time 4 years ago and she’s never let me cut her nails since). she’s UTD on all her shots. she’s around 100 pounds, i’ve had her on weight loss food for a while. she’s very loving and affectionate once she warms up to you. she loves cuddling and begging for attention. i will supply food, cover vet expenses, etc. anything needed. and i’d like to keep visitation
