Kovu urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My stepmom’s new dog is bullying and attacking my cat. I have tried to keep them separated but when one of them slips out a door, the dog runs straight for my cat. My stepmother refuses to train the dog any further and no other family members will help. I don’t have friends able to take my cat in. I am aggressively looking for a new place to move into but the situation at home is too tense and potentially dangerous to keep my cat here. So I’m looking for a temporary foster parent for my cat until I move into a new place. I shouldn’t need longer than end of July.

Kovu is really cuddly and friendly towards humans. Apprehensive towards animals as he is a bit territorial. Generally not aggressive, can get jealous though. He is a HUNGRY boy and not afraid to let you know it. 18 lbs and on a strict diet that isn’t working!! He has some separation anxiety so I try not to leave him alone for too long.
