Kilo urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My circumstances have drastically changes since I adopted him and though I have tried to keep him and make it work, I can tell it is adversely affecting him. He has become confrontational with other dogs, which makes it very difficult to take him out to bathroom or have any exercise in our apartment complex.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Other notes

He is a big dumb baby that just wants to be loved and played with all the time. He thinks he is a lap dog. However, since having to move into a very small apartment, he has developed bad anxiety and chases his tail constantly. Even though he grew up with another dog from the age of 4 months to 1 year old, he has recently become confrontational with other dogs, making it difficult to take him out to bathroom or exercise in our apartment complex. He has always been afraid of little children for some reason – even as a puppy. He is good with the cats he grew up with. He tries to play with them. He can sometimes be too rough with them, but it is from not knowing his own strength, not from being vicious. He is kennel trained and mostly housebroken as long as you learn his alerts and take him out when he alerts (usually walking in circles in front of whatever door he usually goes out to potty). If he has to wait too long, he will go in his kennel and go or find a place in the house to go.
