Kara and Unknown urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I found two lost dogs wandering the streets. They are currently in my care but I am unable to keep them as I have a reactive dog of my own in the house. They are very sweet and clearly came from a family. I’ve registered them with the shelters and had 24petconnect contact them with the microchip one had to give them my information but I haven’t heard anything. They are clearly bonded and I do not want to bring them to the shelter and risk them being separated.

Other notes

I found two dogs wandering the streets with no owner and no ID tag. After driving around the neighborhood, I couldn’t find anyone looking for them. I took them to a vet and one of them is microchipped but I haven’t been contacted by their owner yet. Both dogs are incredibly sweet and open to humans. They look well-fed and know the sit command. They both have a bit of a limp. They are both eating and drinking water. They are clearly bonded and I don’t want to separate them by taking them to a shelter but I cannot keep them while looking for their owner as I have a dog in the house already and he is reactive.
