Why is Fostering Needed?

My son that’s stationed in the Air Force in Texas wants me to come visit him. Just need a place for my cat, until I return. Thank you

Joy is a very sweet cat. Joy should actually be George. I didn’t know she was a he, until the surgery. Joy loves to converse with me. He’ll hold a conversation and is very playful.
