Jaxon urgently needs a foster home
Why is fostering needed?
We took in a beautiful Australian Shepherd named Jaxon in September of this year and he’s 2.5 years old. It was an urgent situation where he needed to be rescued from an abusive home where the owners were addicts and could not take proper care of him and our pastor intervened and got dog out. My husband and I agreed to take dog without having opportunity to meet him bc of the unusual circumstance. Jaxon is loving and cuddly but does require younger and healthier owners as we are in our 60’s and I’m facing double knee surgery soon and cannot handle taking care of Jaxon all day when I’m laid up and my husband works all day and some weekends. He is very adoptable and just needs to right home. He does have a fear of other dogs he doesn’t know. With a little social training he would be a wonderful addition to a forever home.
How long is fostering needed for?
Until a forever home for pet is found
Beautiful mini Australian Shepard – 2.5 years old. Male – named Jaxon. Lovable and cuddles. A bit hyper and has some fear to dogs he does not know. Good with children. Fetches and loves to play. Not neutered but willing to pay new owners the cost of that. Good health. All vaccines up to date. We are in our 60’s and I’m facing double knee replacement surgery and my husband works all day so cannot take care of him while laid up. We didn’t get a chance to meet him before we agreed to rescue him and finding he will do better in a forever home that has younger and healthier owners. He’s very lovable.
