Jasper urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I don’t have a permanent place to live right now and my cat needs someone who can take care of him temporarily.

Jasper is a mama’s boy. He’s very attached to me. He is on a special diet due to kidney disease. He sleeps a lot and loves to be petted. He uses a cat tree to scratch and is quite verbal.
