Jam urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My residence for the summer months (mid May-late August) does not allow dogs. I am hoping to find someone to care for my dog, Jam, during this period.

I am in need of a foster home for my dog, Jam, over the summer! Jam is a very sweet, silly pup that is very loyal to the people she loves! Jam is house, leash, and harness trained, she loves her walks, and would be a great running buddy, too. She sleeps in her crate at night and does great doing so. She loves attention and would love for people to play and snuggle with her whenever they can. She is currently being trained in the basics and is a great learner, so it would be appreciated if those behaviors could still be worked on in her potential foster home. Jam gets along very well with my cat at home and is very good at respecting boundaries. She has, to my knowledge, never lived with another dog, and she seems to be a bit reactive towards dogs on our walks, so a home without other dogs would be ideal. She has also not interacted with children in the time I have had her, so I am unaware of how she would do. While in her foster home, Jam’s essentials will be fully provided and if she is fostered local to Richmond, I would love to come whenever I can to walk and spend time with her, as well as take her to the vet and groomers
