Jackson urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My mother who lives in Rome NY is in a temporary Rehab situation and will be for another 2 months

My mom’s cat is named Jackson and he was a rescue. My mom has been ill for months and will be in a rehab facility for several more months. Jackson is skittish but a love.
