Hugo and Dolce urgently needs a foster home

Hugo and Dolce are from different places but look and act like they are brother and sister. They are both very loving and affectionate towards people and get along with other cats. Neither has ever lived with a dog. Both. Neither have ever been aggressive towards people for any reason. Both have claws, but only scratch what they are supposed to. Neither have ever ruined furniture or knocked anything over.
