Howard needs a foster home

Other notes

Howard is a small mixed breed male around 7 years old. Howard is new to use but he seems quiet and calm. He is currently on eye meds that foster would need to continue. Nis neuter is Monday so he would need to be returned to the center Monday by 8:30 am. Might be a nice weekend foster for someone. Let me know if you are interested!
