Why is Fostering Needed?

I am leaving an abusive housing situation in Indiana and moving to Massachusetts and have to stay somewhere not pet friendly until September 1st.

Other Notes

Foster needed until September 1st. Litter and food and cash fee available. They are both very very sweet cats. They get along with other cats but do tend to hide from dogs.
