Henry urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My name is Tina Arndt, the address given is the one for my cousin, where the cats are located. My cousin suffered a stroke on Easter Sunday and we are looking for temp fostering for her 3 cats…..they do not have to be fostered together. We are asking for help for 2-3 months, if that is possible and are able and willing to provide the financial support for food, litter and any vet care needed to the fosters. Currently, neighbors are helping for the next week or so. I am the closest relative and I am 1.5 hours away. We are asking for the time frame because my cousin will be in rehab, and her doctor’s will need time to determine if she will be able to care for herself and pets at release. If not, we will take on the responsibility of finding homes for the cats, who are very loved, spayed/neutered, and utd on vet care. IF we are asking for more time than a foster or your organization can allow, then any assistance would be helpful.

Henry is a beloved pet to my cousin, who has suffered a stroke. He is a long haired cat and needs daily combing, but otherwise is an easy cat to have around. He is funny, playful, and silly. I would say his activity level is moderate. He can be a picky eater, but if you wait him out, he will eat. My cousin has really spoiled him. He is neutered and box trained. He is STRICTLY an indoor cat. He lives with two other cats, and is friendly to both.
