Why is Fostering Needed?

Recently went through a breakup. Now I’m basically houseless sleeping on a friend’s sofa having to keep Gracie (my cat) in her carrier practically all day. Gracie is shy but super loving and deserves better than what I’m currently giving her.

She’s shy at first but once she comes around she very loving and playful
