Franklin needs a foster home

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Chubby guy but losing weight- diet and exercise, uses doggy door; likes to burry his bones; can be a strong puller on walks- gets excited and will pull and occasionally lunge at dogs passing by; rides well in car; will allow pets from kids he meets on walks; ok with dogs his size, unknown with cats; will bark at recycling truck
