Why is fostering needed?

I have to get out of my apartment asap, new owner not renewing leases. I have to get a place for me and my daughter now.(Today)

Emily is shy, he loves to be petted. Good appetite. Has a bad back leg. Pancakes is a loner and she’s my Therapy cat Emerald is my daughter’s Therapy cat. Had a good appetite.
