Echo urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am about to be admitted to the hospital due to getting another heart transplant in 2 or 3 weeks.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few months

Echo is loving rambunctious and playful. He does pull on leash we working on that. He is a Jack Russell mix he does have a lot of energy.
