Dutchess urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My living situation won’t allow her to stay with us anymore.

How long is fostering needed for?

She’s a sweetheart, once I was crying, she new I was sad , she came to me and put her nose underneath my arm to console me… this is my daughter. And no one wants her except us . We need help badly.
