Dune urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am temporarily on military orders out of Nebraska.

Dune is a young playful cat who enjoys laying on or next to everyone she meets. She is very energetic at times, but can also be extremely relaxed and is litter trained. She has had issues with other cats in the past so it would be ideal to have no other pets in the house.
