Dolly Parton urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My temporary place does not allow pets. Currently looking for permanent housing

Dolly is very energetic. She has a puppy attitude for sure. She is a sweetheart & gets along with everyone. She will go in a crate but sleep in bed with me. She prefers to be with people than alone
