Dolly urgently needs a foster home

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Dolly is a 7 year old small mixed breed female. She is already spayed. She has been at Henderson County for over a month. She has some allergies that cause her to lick her feet and get sores so she may need some meds and/or a cone. She is such a little lap dog. She didn’t want to get out of my lap. Can anyone help this little sweetie?
