Why is Fostering Needed?

My neighbor is in the hospital and left their pet outside. It isn’t house trained or crate trained and keeps getting out of it’s yard. I cannot take care of it.

She’s deaf. Not house trained or crate trained. Needs love and affection and someone to keep her company
