Coco urgently needs a foster home

How long is fostering needed for?

Found as a stray. Friendly, walked up to the person who found her. Extremely underweight and malnourished.
Was anxious in kennel at the shelter so she was moved to someone’s office where she finally settled down. Also seems to have stiff back legs. Was calm getting her vaccines.
No other information available.
Will most likely need small frequent meals as she gains weight so her tummy doesn’t get upset.
