Coco and Brownie urgently needs a foster home
Why is fostering needed?
My sister and I are currently homeless and do not have a stable home to keep our two small dogs with us. We will be working a lot to get an apartment sooner which means we won’t have time to even watch over them.
How long is fostering needed for?
A few months
Other notes
Coco is very independent, he is very shy and nervous but is very sweet once is comfortable. He does tend to bark at new people but that is only because he is scared and just needs time to get used to it. When he is around new people I do not force him to be near them I let him do his own thing. He mostly understands Spanish but understands English as well! I would give him his space at first until he is more comfortable! Brownie is very much the opposite. He might bark at you for a second but gets comfortable pretty quickly! he is very active and loves to play with his toys but if you have a water bottle, even better! I would not mind at all if they were separated.. I know having two would be a lot to care for. They will wait to go to the bathroom outside (on their walks) but I would recommend some puppy pads just in case because once in a while when left alone for a bit for the most part Brownie will have a small accident. Brownie can sleep pretty much anywhere as long as he is inside the house, but Coco loves to be in the same room as the person when it is time to go to bed. He is used to sleeping on the bed with us but would not mind being on his bed beside yours! They are both so loving and playful but know when it’s time to sleep there is no noise.
