Cleo urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My temporary residence does not allow my cat to reside in it, I’m currently in the military and I’m having difficulty finding my own home for my pet and have no more options available for me.

Other notes

He’s pretty much to himself most the times, pretty people friendly usually doesn’t have any issues with other people.
