Clarence bernard urgently needs a foster home

I’m currently homeless and have no where to house my pet and no family or friends willing to take him in.

He is very playful, nervous of new people, doesn’t like car rides, very vocal and loud, loves a laser pointer, litterbox trained, likes running water, I spoil him so much with love and attention.
