Chocolate man & bowser urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My residence does not allow dogs, and I need to find them a home in the meantime ASAP.

They do not have to be housed together although that would be ideal. They are really the sweetest puppies in the world and I just want them to go to a loving home.
