Charlie urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am going through dcs trying to get my child home and I need to bedbug bomb my new house and cannot have the cats there until I can get rid of them

Other notes

He likes to hide and doesn’t really like anyone but his cat brother and sister I would not attempt to pet him just cause he’s used to being alone
