Cartier urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My new lease doesn’t allow pets and he doesn’t know how to survive outside. He just sits at the door doesn’t eat or drink water unless he comes in.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few months

She’s a good boy. He likes to cuddle, look out of windows, and take long naps. He’s talkative and loves to communicate. Litter box trained. Uses automatic food dispensers and water.
