Boxer urgently needs a foster home

Hi Dog fosters! Henderson County Animal Shelter has a 7 year old large mixed breed male weighing 60 pounds. He has an old injury to his hip that will require amputation. We are looking for fosters to help him get through a 2 week recovery period. He will be on restricted movement while he heals so no running around or playing for a couple weeks. We are unable to pull him until we secure a foster as he cannot recover from surgery at the Adoption Center. I have not met him yet but am told he is a happy friendly boy that shows friendly interest in other dogs. Please contact me today if you are interested in fostering.
