Bowser urgently needs a foster home
Why is fostering needed?
Due to aggressive behavior towards my daughter. Looking to have him adopted but need a foster until I find an adoptive home
How long is fostering needed for?
Until a forever home for pet is found
Other notes
My best friend Bowser is up for adoption to keep him and my daughter safe. In Feb of 2017 I rescued Bowser from an abusive home in North Carolina. He was extremely fear aggressive but over the years of training and experiences he has gotten much better. Once he gets to know someone he is the best dog I’ve ever been around, which other people have said the same. After my daughter was born, everything was great until she began walking. We have tried adjustments in lifestyle, home layouts and training, but the aggression is only getting worse so we are forced to separate him most of the day. This is unfair for Bowser as he deserves a home where he feels comfortable. He has severe anxiety which has been getting worse as he gets older. It would be best for him to go to a calm household with limited visitors and a privacy fence. He loves to cuddle, blankets, and laying out in the sun. He’s food motivated for introducing new people and training. Cannot be in a home with kids and preferably no other dogs
