Why is fostering needed?

im getting evicted and my new residence doesnt allow pets

my pit/lab mix Boston his birthday is 09/04/16 hes UTD on all shots microchipped and monthly heartworm preventive i recently moved and cannot afford to keep him the hosuing told me to rehome him. He is an amazing dog knows many tricks, crate trained. dog friendly and cat friendly loves my roommates 6 month old and 8 year old. He comes with his crate, food, leashes, bowel, his trifexis(hw meds) his favorite bone, i dont want to rehome him but i cant have him right now in this home or else my landlord will evict me.
