Bluey urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

Dog not doing well in shelter environment. Will be euthanised end of this week if no foster found.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

Other notes

Hi. We’re volunteers on LI trying to save Bluey’s life before he gets euthanised on Thursday. He has NO bite history but is thoroughly stressed in the shelter environment. Can you take him in? Foster? Have an adopter? His info is below. Photo attached.
Thanks for your consideration.
Dorothy

Bluey is now on the Red List.
Pets on this list have previously been observed and alerted to the public as those that are not coping well in the Shelter environment. These pets cannot continue to be maintained in our Shelters due to safety concerns, and/or due to concerns over the pet’s deteriorating emotional and physical well-being. Pets appearing on the Red Alert will be euthanized after two weeks if there are no other options available. Pets on the Red Alert are available to LAAS New Hope Partners at a reduced rate. Interested party holds (IPs) WILL NOT be accepted for these pets.

Behavior and Bite Disclosure waivers (if applicable) will need to be signed upon rescue or adoption.

Please, If you are able to help Bluey, or need more information, please call me at 213.655-7613 or shelter at 818-756-9324.
Thank You!!
Lucy
