Blaze urgently needs a foster home
Why is fostering needed?
I live in a home with a roommate who owns a dog who is not good with other dogs. She was supposed to move out the 6th of April however her plans fell through and she didn’t tell me so I purchased a puppy who is planned to go through training to be my psychiatric service animal. She has told me that I can not have the puppy in the house while she is still here leaving me in a really tight spot for another month she is supposed to stay. She has give no other option and because I am military and just got stationed here I do not have any family or friends that can take care of him for me. Fostering was my last option but I am in desperate need for a safe place for my puppy with someone who can care for a puppy and keep him in the right track for his future trainings.
How long is fostering needed for?
A few weeks
Other notes
Blaze is a very sweet puppy who is learning how to become independent and developing his personality. He loves to cuddle and sleep with you, that being said he still struggles with separation but with the right enrichment he is adjusting. He is not potty trained and we are working on a schedule for him to learn. He does poop on pads as of right now but we are trying to limit pad usage and just rely on grass or the outside. He is teething but does do well with a distraction of a toy and being told not to bite when playing. He is not leash trained but will follow you so walking on a leash is not far away. He is still a puppy so he is a lot of work but his sweet and gentle personality makes up for it.
