Black with white markings on paws and chest urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

This is not our dog, simply a stray we found while walking our own puppy, but we have exhausted all options in finding the owner and the several shelters we have visited are unable to board him due to being at capacity. We are unable to keep him on account of lack of space/crate as well as the fact that our lease would not allow it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Other notes

He has been very sweet, friendly, and playful with our 6 month old setter. Seems well mannered but is not yet potty trained. Weighed in at 22 lbs. Little info is known about him besides the fact that the vet tech who checked for a microchip believes he was in the care of somebody recently based on his condition. Nobody has claimed him from our various posts to Facebook, IndyLostPetAlert.com, NextDoor app, or the Ring Doorbell app and we are getting desperate.
