Birdie, urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I’m not able to have my animals at my current address until I’m able to find a new house that allows pets

He is a very energetic male dog who is only a little over a year old. He is a very loving dog who will love on you. He is completely potty trained and will only use the bathroom outside, and he will let you know whenever he needs to go.
