Bella urgently needs a foster home

Bella is deaf. She is a very rambunctious and energetic dog. Loves anything physical and outdoors, after a decent walk she is also content to sit on the couch while I read or do homework. She loves playing with her brother Dexter. She is also rather curious and likes to test the rules.
