Why is Fostering Needed?

I already have 2 pets and my landlord will not let me have anymore.

Bast is a very playful, smart kitten and does well with people and other pets. He’s very easy going when it comes to “scary” things like getting into his carrier, vet visits, etc. He loves being loved on and petted, playing with his wand and toys, and watching bird videos on Youtube. He has never been around children, but given his playful, sweet personality, I imagine he would love it!

He was exposed to a cat with feline leukemia before I adopted him and must be kept away from other cats for 6 months and then will need to be tested for feline leukemia again. He has already been tested once and it was negative, but to be on the safe side, it’s best that he have his own room or be in a household without other cats until he can be retested.

I would love to keep him, as he is definitely an amazing indoor cat, but unfortunately I’m only allowed 2 pets at my apartment. I’m looking for a foster home urgently, as I have no other place for him to go. Please consider fostering this sweet baby. He will add so much joy to your life!
