Banjo urgently needs a foster home
Why is fostering needed?
We are temporarily moving in with my parents in between renting and buying and we need to find a living situation for our two dogs, Banjo and Zeus. My parents will not allow the dogs to come with us.
How long is fostering needed for?
A few months
Other notes
Banjo is a very easy dog to live with. Although he has a bit of a past, he really doesn’t require much! He kind of loves to be left alone! He’s not the cuddly, needy type of dog. Banjo does not like to be messed with while he is eating. He is a goofy dog and love to chase his tail and often has the zoomies. He was adopted from SPCA 6 years ago and came from an abusive situation, which is why he sometimes can be defensive and territorial if he feels threatened. He does suffer from seizures and requires his Keppra 2x a day. He takes it easily in a spoonful of peanut butter and the medication costs us around $25 for a 2 month supply! He has always been a grazing type of dog when it comes to eating, I don’t think I have ever seen him eat a whole bowl of food ever in one sitting. He does cling to those that show him love and comfort. He will follow me around the house all day long. He is potty trained and typically only has accidents if he had a seizure.
