Banjo urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

Friend is a single mom just evicted & living in motel; all motels and shelters don’t take dogs

How long is fostering needed for?

Banjo is very sweet but hasn’t received much training yet. He barks a lot but has a bark collar that doesn’t seem to be working. He isn’t completely housebroken but that is because the owner has had serious medical issues preventing her from being able to take the dog outside to potty as often as he needs.
