Baker urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

My residence is making me rehome him due to behavioral problems

high energy level, having behavior issues that need to be worked on, afraid/nervous around new dogs/people, loves to cuddle and loves belly rubs, has great potential, just needs retraining
