Bailey and Cooper urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I have rented a room in my house to a man and a woman who are using meth and heroin and have been allowing my cats to go into their room against my wishes. They have red marks on their skin and one had a seizure but is OK now. One has licked a bald patch. They are traumatized. They are sweet good boys who are brothers I was given after I had to put my 20 yo. cat to sleep last fall. I need temporary safe housing until they can be evicted. My attorney has already given them eviction paperwork.

How long is fostering needed for?

A few months

Other notes

Bailey and Cooper are good sweet, lovable boys who get along with everyone! Bailey is a shy, playful boy who is mellow and Cooper is a more energetic, playful boy. They lived their first year with four Belgian Malinois but it’s why they gave them to me, because they felt they needed a calmer home but they can get along with dogs. My current roommates are using meth/hard drugs and it is affecting my cats. It is not a safe environment for them. They have been routinely taking them into their room against my wishes. I’ve had to constantly retrieve them from their room/closed door. They are traumatized and their health is being compromised. Because of my roommates drug use, my cats have an eye irritation (and more) and have a salve for their eyes from my Veterinarian. I have an attorney who has served them eviction paperwork but it takes time.
