Azul urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I have a nephew who is overly agressive with him

He was a gift to my nephew from someone my sister knew we are assuming he’s been in an abusive household before us or has not been around any human and animal interaction as much he’s very friendly but very shy once he gets comfortable enough around you he likes to be cuddled up right wherever you are overall he’s a very friendly dog that needs to be broken out of his shy shell!
