Arlo urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

We temporarily fostered him because a woman said if we didn’t take him he’d be put down, shelters don’t have room for him and he’s a really good boy. He’s learning potty training he knows how to sit and give his paw and we just taught him it with slight effort. He’s super smart. He loves cuddles, he is abt 5 months or less. He’s a lab husky mix. He wants to play with our cat. The apartment is giving us 10 days to get him off the property.

How long is fostering needed for?

Until a forever home for pet is found

So he is a little bit energetic but he does like to lay down and cuddle with you pretty often he does love his toys especially his squeaking ones and he is partially potty trained, we’re still working on it but he is doing ok so far, he’s had a few accidents here and there. He is GREAT in a Kennel, after a few whines he eventually calms down and sleeps and only makes noise when I check on him. He tries to play with our 1 yr old cat but our cat isn’t used to him so he doesn’t wanna play with the puppy so much. He is super smart, and learns fast. I taught him to sit with two treats and he got it down perfectly, I didn’t even have to use treats for him to learn the give me your paw trick. He’s actually quite calm for a puppy and will allow you to walk him on a leash. He is a bit skittish around doors, and being approached, probably from his past home with kids. He does nibble but he’s starting to learn not to. He does have an attitude if you don’t pay attention to him, I’m guessing that’s the husky in him. I took his toy away for a few seconds and he started barking cause he wanted it back lol
