Aki urgently needs a foster home

Why is fostering needed?

I am moving internationally from NY to Tokyo, Japan, and experiencing some border control conflicts for bringing Aki. They mandate a 180-day waiting period after the required tests and vaccination are completed, but since I need to leave around September for school, I urgently need a home for him to stay at while completing the waiting period. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Aki is an extremely friendly retriever mix of around 25 Ibs who will love you unconditionally. He loves to meet people, other dogs, and animals. He is not aggressive at all and even when other dogs bark at him, he usually just ignores them. He loves long walks, playing in the park, and also sleeping or chilling at home too.
